More Weekend Pics

I failed to mention we headed to Bikes, Blues, BBQ so my cousin could see what the fuss was all about. I think she was a little overwhelmed at all the bikes in one location. We watched the parade which was enough for us.

Guess Who's Back

Can't believe I went over a week without posting, goodness. I had Wed-Fri off from work last week because I spent time with some family that was in from PA and TN. As always, it was fun to catch up and just hang out. A lot of pictures were taken, but just a few with my camera.

It was such a beautiful day Saturday, so we headed to the Bentonville Square. We walked around the Farmer's Market and then my aunt and cousins wanted to go into the Walton's 5-10. Here is my mom and Aunt Carolene.

Since Beth and I had already taken the tour about 12yrs ago, we sat by the fountain with the kiddos who enjoyed putting their feet in the water, which was cold.

I think Jacob might be done with the stroller days. Guess we wasted our money on this one because this is his first time in it, and possibly his last.

On Sunday, we drove over to Eureka Springs. Good times were had. This picture cracks me up because apparently mother didn't hear me say "stop, I wanna take your picture." She had already crossed the street.

It was good to see you Aunt C, Uncle G, Shelby, and Amber!

p.s. I'm not an Osmond fan, but Donny is quite entertaining on DWTS.

WOOOO PIG SOOOOIE!

Maybe I haven't looked hard enough, but I haven't found a razorback shirt I like for Jacob. Too bad, because this would've been a cute picture - I mean it still is, just not complete since tonight is game night.


For anyone who knows my dad, he does not like sports. Never has... never will. In fact, I think I know more about football than he does. Is that not weird? I told him tonight I think he's the only man on earth who doesn't like football. But that didn't stop him from having a little team spirit since we were watching the game. He was a good sport... for the camera.

Shopping with Meme & Papaw

My parents are in town and last night we made a trip to Harp's together. Meme picked out this cart and Jacob had no hesitation getting in. Papaw drove for a little bit and I think he enjoyed it too! Good times!

p.s. I could not get Jacob to crack a smile.

Home Sweet Home

Here is our new home! The front yard needs some major landscaping attention, hope to have that done soon. We love the tree in the front yard, and it needs some heavy-duty trimming. Kris did some, but I think we need to call in the big guns.

One of the things we loved about the house was the big back yard, and all the windows along the back. I can look out from the kitchen and easily see Jacob from all angles.

I should have taken a "before" photo, but didn't get around to it. We replaced the carpet all throughout and had hardwood installed in the foyer and dining area. We love how it turned out!

Up next will be pictures of the kitchen. We had all new appliances installed, and will be getting granite shortly. Once that is done, it will be complete and feel so brand new. Can't wait!
